Initial Examination

The initial visit will last approximately 1 hour and will begin with a comprehensive consultation and complete health history.  The initial paper work will help the doctor direct your case properly.  There will be a thorough consultation and physical examination and a full review your pertinent medical records, X-rays and/or MRI studies. If further imaging studies are required, we will refer you to one of the local imaging centers, where a board certified radiologist will review the studies.  Following your examination, we will fully explain your situation and the treatment options available to you. We will strive to make sure all your questions are fully addressed.

Personalized Treatment

If you decide to pursue care at our office, a personal treatment plan will be designed to fulfill your specific needs and goals with the best care possible.

Communication with your Doctor

With your consent, we will update your family doctor about your case with a full narrative report. If a referral to another specialist is required at any point, we’ll make sure the process is handled with ease and that everyone involved in your case is properly updated.
