In response to the growing need for patients to be seen in the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak, the Spine Center of Williamsburg is now offering Telehealth. Telehealth is a virtual one-one-one patient experience to connect them with one of our providers from the safety of the patient's own home.
What would Telehealth entail?
Telehealth would include a thorough, one-one-one consultation with the provider of your choice. During this consultation, the doctor will discuss potential causes of pain, as well as demonstrate and discuss therapeutic exercises and home measures that you can do at home. We will then provide links to the exercises, if applicable.
What do I need to use Telehealth?
To use Telehealth, you will need a compatible application. This can be FaceTime, Zoom, or Google Duo. This does NOT include applications like Facebook video as these platforms are not as secure.
Does my insurance cover Telehealth?
To determine if you are a candidate for Telehealth, please call our office at (757) 259 - 1122.
